A website, not a software build
A website here means pages, a home page, a services page, an about page, a contact page, built to present the business clearly online. It does not mean a customer portal, a database, or logic running behind the scenes. If what you actually need is software that tracks something, schedules something, or moves data between two systems, that's a different project with its own page. This one is for the site itself: the thing someone finds when they search for you, reads for a minute or two, and either reaches out or doesn't.
If what you need is bigger than a website
Some people come looking for a website and what they actually need is closer to software: a portal customers log into, an order system, a scheduling tool with real logic behind it. That's not this page, though it's still something we build. It just has its own page, its own scope, and its own conversation. If you're not sure which one you need, that's a fine question to start with.
What's actually on the page
Each page gets built around what you sell and who you sell it to. Copy that says what you do in plain language. Information organized so a visitor finds what they came for on the first screen, not the fourth. A contact path that works, whether that's a form, a phone number, or an email address. Whatever pages the business actually needs: a home page, services or products, an about page, contact. Nothing you don't need padded in to make the site look bigger than it is.
Built to load fast
A site that takes too long to load loses people before they read a word. These are built lean, with images sized for the screen they're shown on, so it works as well on a phone as it does on a laptop, which is where most visitors will actually find it.
Hosting, if you want it in one place
Once the site is built, it can run on a protected server instead of one more account to keep track of. One place to call if something needs changing, instead of a login nobody remembers.
