Automation build-out

Automation for the gaps between the systems you already have

The connections between tools you already own, built so information stops getting typed twice.

Somewhere in your operation, the same piece of information gets typed into more than one system, by hand, because those two systems were never introduced to each other. It's rarely one big missing system. More often it's two or three tools that each do their own job fine, and nobody ever built the bridge between them, so a person became the bridge instead.

What gets connected

The tools you already use for scheduling, invoicing, inventory, or anything else specific to how your operation runs, connected to each other instead of replaced. That might mean a scheduling tool that should update inventory on its own, or an invoicing system that should already know what an order was confirmed as. The specific pair is different for every operation. What's consistent is the shape of the fix: a connection, not a replacement. Nothing gets migrated and nothing gets ripped out. If a tool already does its job well, it stays exactly where it is, just wired to the systems around it.

Usually the cheapest hours we will ever save you

The hours this saves aren't hypothetical. They're the ones your team currently spends re-entering something a computer could pass along on its own instead. It's also usually more contained than a full custom build, since it's connecting systems that already exist rather than designing something new from a blank page.

How the gaps get found

Sometimes you already know exactly where two systems should be talking and aren't. Other times a workflow audit is what turns up the gap, as one of the places the process actually stalls. Either way, this is where the fix gets built.

What this isn't

This isn't a new platform to adopt, and it isn't custom software built from the ground up. It's the piece that sits between systems you already have. If what you actually need is bigger than that, a full custom build is a separate, related conversation.

Send a note about which systems in your operation aren't talking to each other, and what that's costing your team in re-entered work.
